Manager of North America Business Development for a large international
training and registrar company:
• Responsible for the marketing, sales, program development
and training in Canada, the United States and Mexico for products in
Quality Systems Management (ISO, QS, and EMS)
Senior auditor for a United States multinational registrar:
• Provided ISO auditing and project management support
to companies working towards ISO registration
Vice President of Operations and Director of Consulting and
Training Services for a multinational management-consulting firm:
• Responsible for auditing activities in ISO 9000 specializing
in software and medical devices. Consultant to over 44 companies in
achieving ISO 9000 registration. Presented ISO topics to over 1,200
people in a two-year period.
Directed a computer system and quality system review for a $250
million pharmaceutical firm. This facility is an operation division

Directed the implementation of a $1.2 million payroll/personnel
system for a multinational Fortune 100 firm:

activated quality assurance system for a large can manufacturer, which
saved $1.2 million in 6 months.
